If the acknowledgement of the rate letter not received within 07 working days, the same will be treated as not accepted.

These special rates are valid for your company executives and guests settling the bills directly at the time of checkout. Special Rates are valid only upon a written acceptance, failing which the ‘Best Available Rate’ will be applicable.

These rates have been calculated keeping in mind the above expected materialization for our hotel as specified by you.

Hotel will review the room nights materialized on a quarterly basis and reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Special Rates, should the production not satisfy the expectations of the hotel.

On certain dates, the Special Rates may not be available and rooms may be offered on ‘Best Available Rate’.

All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking by any the following ways:
1. Cash deposit
2. Credit Card
3. For companies on the approved credit list of the hotel – through a billing letter from the company.
4. Cheque is not accepted on the date of C/out.

Cancellation Policy:
• Bookings must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to check-in date to avoid retention charges.

Reservations:
1. Any Changes / Amendments of reservation is subject to availability and must be communicated to the hotel in writing and have to be acknowledged by the hotel
2. All Non-guaranteed group bookings would be held till 1600 Hrs. on date of the arrival, after which all bookings will be released by the hotel without prior information unless intimation of late check in is received or guaranteed by the Corporate.
3. Extended Check-out time:
a) 25% of tariff will be charged up to 3 hours of mentioned hotel check out time (subject to availability)

b) 50% of tariff will be charged up to 6 hours of mentioned hotel check out time (subject to availability)

c) 100% of tariff will be charged thereafter of mentioned hotel check out time (subject to availability)

4. Early Check-in:
a) 25% of tariff will be charged before 3 hours of mentioned hotel check in time (subject to availability)

b) 50% of tariff will be charged before 6 hours of mentioned hotel check in time (subject to availability)

c)100% of tariff will be charged before above mention time slots of mentioned hotel check in time (subject to availability)
NOTE : If any booking states early check in time while forwarding the booking request, it can be guaranteed with 100 % chargeable basis.

5. To Guarantee a reservation credit card details will be required (By Cash, Fax/e-mail authorizing debit to a credit card or by Paying Advance Payment)
6. Cancellation of guaranteed booking with written notice less than 24 hrs. from date of arrival will be charged full retention charges
7. All Banquet/Conference/Holiday Package bookings are only held confirmed against full non-refundable advance payments or a signed contract.

Payments:
1. In case of Direct Payments, credit card guarantee will be required in order to confirm the booking.
2. If credit is extended to the corporate then payment must be made within the period specified in the credit contract after the bills were issued, otherwise credit facility will be withdrawn for your future bookings.
3. The hotel may release reservations if these documents are not received as stipulated.
4. Any cheque payment should be deposited within 10 days prior to the check in date. The cheque should be for the entire stay duration.

Billing & Taxes :
• All bills must be settled either by cash or by an approved travellers cheque/DRAFT during the stay.
• In case of credit registered corporates/agents the booking has to be facilitated with a written bill to Company request on corporate letterhead or Credit Authorisation letter.
• Tax at 12% on room below Rs.7499 and on banquet is 18% on restaurant 5%
